The present document is the Technical Report on V2X phase 2 for LTE. The purpose of the present document is to study the radio requirements on V2X phase 2 based on LTE sidelink as part of the Rel-15 work item. The normative requirements resulting from the present document will be addressed in the applicable release 15 Technical Specifications (TS).
