This report presents the self-evaluation results of by 3GPP 5G (developed by 3GPP as 5G NTN, Release 17 and beyond) developed satellite technology.
From evaluation perspective, the technologies are evaluated against the technical performance requirements as defined in
Report ITU-R M.2514 [2] for eMBB-s, mMTC-s and HRC-S use cases, as well as spectrum requirements and service aspects requirements, using the evaluation criteria as defined in the report. Detailed self-evaluation results are provided through
clause 4 to
clause 7.
The conclusion is given in
clause 8.
The present document reports on the self-evaluation results for meeting the requirements defined by ITU in Report
ITU-R M.2514 [2].
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of the present document.
-
References are either specific (identified by date of publication, edition number, version number, etc.) or non-specific.
-
For a specific reference, subsequent revisions do not apply.
-
For a non-specific reference, the latest version applies. In the case of a reference to a 3GPP document (including a GSM document), a non-specific reference implicitly refers to the latest version of that document in the same Release as the present document.
