The present document is a technical report for high power UE (power class 2) for EN-DC (1 LTE TDD band + 1 NR TDD band). The purpose is to introduce high power UE (power class2) for EN-DC (1 LTE TDD band +1 NR TDD band). This TR contains a general part and band specific combination part. The actual requirements are added to the corresponding technical specifications.
