The present document is related to the study item "Study on Group Communication for E-UTRA" [2]. This Technical Report is to study and perform an evaluation of existing E-UTRA procedures to support Group Communication for E-UTRA. The Stage-1 requirements for this study are defined in TS 22.468. This document is intended to gather all technical outcomes of the study and analysis, and draw a conclusion on the way forward.
