The present document captures the findings of the study item, "Study on LTE-based 5G terrestrial broadcast" [2]. The purpose of this TR is to identify the gaps between the LTE-based eMBMS and the 5G requirements for dedicated broadcast networks defined in TR 38.913 and to study the solutions for closing these gaps. This document is a 'living' document, i.e. it is permanently updated and presented to TSG-RAN meetings.
