The present document records the 2nd phase of the study on the management enhancement for NWDAF (Network Data Analytics Function).
In the present document, the use cases, requirements and potential solutions on two major aspects of management enhancement related to the NWDAF are studied. The 1st aspect is the management enhancement supporting NWDAF Roaming Exchange Capability in a roaming scenario, so that the operator can configure the NWDAF with this capability and monitor the performance related. The 2nd aspect is on the management enhancements related to NWDAF data collection, including monitoring the amount of data collected and the efficiency of the NWDAF data collection.
The present document also provides recommendations for the normative specifications work.
The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of the present document.
-
References are either specific (identified by date of publication, edition number, version number, etc.) or non-specific.
-
For a specific reference, subsequent revisions do not apply.
-
For a non-specific reference, the latest version applies. In the case of a reference to a 3GPP document (including a GSM document), a non-specific reference implicitly refers to the latest version of that document in the same Release as the present document.
