The present document contains an electronic copy of the ANSI C code for the eCall in-band modem solution for reliable transmission of MSD data from IVS to PSAP via the speech channel of cellular networks. The ANSI C code is necessary for a bit exact implementation of the IVS modem and PSAP modem described in TS 26.267.
