System Information 3, and Packet System Information 3 bis on the SIM. The same CPBCCH carrier shall never occur
twice in the list.
This EF contains the CSG Type. The CSG Type is defined in TS 22.011. The association between a CSG ID and the
corresponding CSG Type is provided in EF ACSGL. The CSG Type may be provided in text or in graphic format.
